 | | Dr. Bethany King | NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — North Adams Regional Hospital will host a free question-and-answer session with Dr. Bethany King, an ear, nose, and throat surgeon, on Tuesday, March 23, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The free event takes place at the VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire Community Room.
King will take questions on problems including earaches, ear infections, sore throat, chronic sinus problems, and tonsillitis and laryngitis.
Ear, nose,and throat specialists are trained in the medical and surgical treatment of those areas and related structures of the head and neck. They have expertise in managing diseases of the ears, nose and nasal passage sinuses, larynx, mouth and throat.
King earned her medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed an internship in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She served her residency in otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat surgery) at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. King is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
