what a crock. the only thing this punk did was copy myspace, friendster and all the other social networks that were already out there and then use advertising to steal their customers.
it's about as interesting and "ingenious" as Burger King starting up to compete with Mcdonald's.
Burger King didn't invent fast food or the hamburger. it just came into an already established market and advertised.
the only thing facebook is good for is having your personal info logged by the government. the more you tell your "friends" about yourself, the more Big Brother knows about you. it's worse than checking a book out of the library in terms of allowing the government to profile you.
the more people "share" their likes and dislikes and spread their personal and private thoughts and activities with total strangers over the internet, the more we lose our privacy and open ourselves up to control by big business and the government.
why would anyone give this person that much control over their life? he has proved that he will buy and sell you to increase his bank account. there is nothing altruistic about it. it's a business. an invasive business.
if you want to tell your friend or family something personal, TELL them. why are you getting second parties involved in your personal life?
