ADAMS, Mass. — Peter H. Russell has joined Monarch Realty as a broker associate, according to Colleen Zajac, broker and partner at Monarch.
Russell, who grew up in Springfield, is a licensed real estate broker in both Massachusetts and Vermont.
After a career in the entertainment industry, he retired to Williamstown and embarked on a real estate career. He obtained his real estate sales license in Massachusetts in 2008 and broker's license in 2010, and his Vermont license in 2009 and broker's license in 2011.
During his three years as a Realtor, he said he has learned that service, professionalism and a solid understanding of the real estate market make a winning combination that is key to his success. Russell's goal is to make a positive difference in his clients' lives by providing hands-on and personal assistance throughout the entire real estate transaction.
Russell likes to fish and is writing a theatrical musical loosely based upon his great-grandfather's Civil War experiences. He recently directed a production of "The Subject Was Roses" for the Minerva Arts Center.
