GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Sruti Yoga Center is offering a four-month course, Vinisha's Garden, from Jan. 14 to April 21.
Led by Sruti owner Amy Webb, the transformative and healing arts for women workshops meet every other Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m., and is for all ages and experience levels.
It will cover 20 techniques in yoga, meditation, shamanic studies, and energy therapies from around the world. A free introductory class will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, from 8 to 9 p.m.
Enrollment includes four free class passes to Sruti and an optional 45-minute private session with Webb. The cost for the eight-workshop series is $440. Makeup sessions offered betweeh workshops.
Sruti Yoga Center is located at 33 Railroad St., second floor. Workshops and events include breathing techniques, Sanskrit, Ayurveda, Reiki, Shamanic Studies, and Kirtans. Private sessions and consultations are available in yoga and energy therapies.
