Sarasota, Fla.-based arts organization Circus Arts Conservatory will present "SummerSaults in the Berkshires," a one-hour, family-friendly circus show featuring world-class circus artists. The show will run from Friday, July 19, through Sunday, July 28, with 17 performances at The Duffin Theater. Acts include aerial rope and various balancing acts, speed bounce juggling, and clowning.
Showtimes are at 2 and 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 1 and 5 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $25-$30 and go on sale on May 20. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit circusarts.org or call the Box Office at 941-355-9335.

Monday to Saturday, 9am-3pm
This week-long program gives students the opportunity to jump right into the world of musical theater with classes in tap, broadway jazz, voice, acting, and improvisation. Students will learn healthy warm-up practices for the voice and body, and work on character development, expression, ensemble, and more. The program directors will work with students to produce an informal performance for the final day of the program. The program’s final day (Saturday, August 12) will include morning classes, rehearsal, and an afternoon showing.

Berkshire Pulse is offering a weeklong dance intensive with morning classes focusing on technique and skills followed by an afternoon of process. Isadora Wolfe and Joe Poulson will be lead the company through tasks involving dynamic phrases, improvisation and mini-modules using contemporary, contact and physical theater practices. This chamber music collective makes worldwide tours and features some of Israel's finest musicians. Their program — featuring pianist Assaff Weisman, violinist Itamar Zorman, and clarinetist Tibi Cziger — is an exploration of the intersection of folk and concert music traditions from around the globe. The concert will include Khachaturian's "Trio"; Bartók's "Contrasts" and selections from"Hungarian Peasant Songs"; Dvorák's G-major Sonatina, Op. 100; Gershwin's "Three Preludes"; and Ben-Haim's "Three Songs without Words."
