BABY & TODDLER PLAYGROUP AND CAREGIVER CONNECTION
Becket, 10-11 a.m.
A casual drop-in group at the Becket Athenaeum where parents/caregivers can connect, share, and feel supported, alongside movement, stories, and play for babies and toddlers. Coffee and tea for adults, snacks for kids provided. RSVP Appreciated. In collaboration with the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement program, which is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.

THE BIG 3: STRENGTH PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

Calling all women! Want to learn proper form and technique for some of the best lifts to build strength, reduce body fat, boost metabolism, and improve overall health? Join our instructional program and witness the progress you can make in just six weeks. This course focuses on the three essential lifts—barbell back squat, bench press, and deadlift—along with complementary exercises to round out your workout. Designed for beginners of all abilities, this program includes access to our new InBody Body Composition Analyzer, so you can track your progress and see the impact of strength training just two days a week! The Community Garden at Canoe Meadows in Pittsfield has been welcoming organic green thumbs to its 4.5-acre garden for more than 30 years. The Gardens are open from May to October, so there's still plenty of time to get growing.
