You’re never too young to learn the basics of yoga! Come bend and shape your body into animal shapes and other shapes in nature while learning how breathing and moving can affect your mood. There will also be music and games such as “follow the train leader” to add to the fun. Members: $40

Berkshire South Regional Community Center hosts a hands-on courses include training in first aid and CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants. Red Cross certifications are valid for two years. This is a blended learning class with a 2-3-hour online component.
For ages 13 and older; cost is $90 for members, $110 for guests and include materials. Register here; fee is nonrefundable.
