NOTICE OF SITE PLAN REVIEW

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Lanesborough Zoning Bylaw that a hearing for Site Plan Review will be held by the Lanesborough Planning Board on Monday October 19, 2026 at 6 pm for the following Application at the Newton Memorial Town Hall, 83 North Main St, Lanesborough.

 

6:00 PM - Upon the petition of the Lanesborough Village Fire and Water District for a new public water supply well and support infrastructure at 40 Bull Hill Road, Parcel 112-155. The petition will be heard in accordance with the Code of the Town of Lanesborough § 165-44, Site Plan Review.

 

All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on the proposed site plan will be

provided an opportunity to speak at the public hearing. Copies of the amendments may be viewed at the Town Hall either in the office of the Town Clerk or on-line at www.lanesborough-ma.gov
