To Dick's family,
Please accept my most sincere condolences at your loss.
I knew Dick since we were teenagers in the late '50's'. He'd stop in the Diner after school and hang out with a group of teens playing songs on the jukebox, talking, and making plans. He was an overall good guy - gregarious, friendly, easy to be with and a hit among the girls.
I remember the Twist Parties at the Saints Hall in the summer of '63 when he and the Rebels really shook the place.
I will miss him and his passing diminishes me.
Goodbye to you, my friend. RIP, Dick.

Dick's singing and performing talents will be greatly missed by me and many others. I reflect on the good times when we sang together at the "CLUB" in Adams. Many times you would carry me through songs when my singing voice wasn't quite on key. I will ALWAYS remember you. Your spirit will live on, FOREVER.

So sorry to hear about Dick. My mother, Valerie King, who is also deceased, worked beside him for many years at the fuel program. I remember his distinct sense of humor, laughter and teamwork which allowed for him along with my mom and the staff to reach out and give so much to people who really needed the help. As a child, going there after school to wait for my mom to finish work, I remember his jokes and always making me laugh. Now, my mom can laugh where they are-oh it will never be the same in heaven!

Our sympathy and prayers to all, who knew Richard. We had a lot in common, especially Elvis! God Bless, and take care. Enjoy singing those songs in the heavens. WE grew up and nourished the music field in a great era, many great memories of times gone by. "Wise men say only fools rush in, but I cant' help falling in love with you" A tune we both used to love to do! Enjoyed seeing you at the Eagles! Remembering the Old days. Farewell my friend.

Sorry to hear about Dick's passing. Knew him from years back when I would occasionally sub for my Dad (Bob Tremblay) on bass at the Florida Lounge with Dick, Jim Bona and Dick Leja. He was always behind the bar when we (Paraffin) played at the Eagle's. A lot of fun and an all-round great guy.
