I first met you in the early 90's and I immediately knew you were a 'pisano' and 'molto simpatico' person. It was my honor in knowing you these last 25-30 years. Grazie!

What a loss of a truly great and fair man.

A wonderful, big-hearted man who cared about every person in his community, Jack led the Mobile Home Rent Control Board during repeated attempts by the owner of the Spruces to raise rents and the subsequent organization of the residents to oppose that. He was sympathetic, smart, and fair.

Sending sympathy and prayers to Jack's family. He was a wonderful man.
