John Castiglione

PITTSFIELD, Mass. —  

John Rodger Castiglione, 77 of Pittsfield, died February 17, 2021 at his home.

Born in Gloversville, NY on September 9, 1943 he was the son of Matty and Jane Castiglione.

He was a graduate of RPI.

Mr. Castiglione was a self-employed lawyer. At one time he was an engineer and a jeweler. He enjoyed collecting wheelhorse tractors and loved spending time at his cottages in New York state.

He leaves behind his son Mitchell Haskell of Pittsfield; stepson Jack Haskell of Manchester, NH, and stepdaughter Jeanne Nicole of Lanesborough and a brother Robert Castiglione of Mayfield, NY.

There are no services. Burial will be held at a later date at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery in Gloversville, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Huntington’s Disease Foundation in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA
