BFAIR ANNUAL MEETING
Williamstown, 7:30 a.m.
Berkshire Family & Individual Resources will host their annual meeting at the Williams Inn, located at Routes 7 & 2 in Williamstown.  The breakfast will include the presentation of several awards for employee recognition, as well as the recognition of the community partner of the year, Cascade School Supply. This year's keynote address, "Diagnosis to Success: One family’s perspective," will be delivered by Robin Meyer and Greg Roach. The parents of a teenage son living with autism, they will discuss the challenges of diagnosis, community and school supports, and what the future holds for their son. HEALTHY KIDS DAY
Pittsfield, Noon-3 p.m.
The Berkshire Family YMCA's Healthy Kids Day will be held at both the Pittsfield and Northern Berkshire branches from 12-2 p.m. with swimming from 2-3 p.m. The Pittsfield Branch will feature family martial arts, yoga with the mayor, breakdancing with Andreas, a DJ dance party, parachute games, hula hooping, an obstacle course, the sports wall, face painting, a paper airplane launch, and a NIKE Scavenger hunt.  The Northern Berkshire Branch will feature face painting, yoga, parachute games, an obstacle course, a scavenger hunt and a STEM airplane project. We also expect an appearance by the SteepleCats mascot. Both events are free.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS
North Adams, 9-11 a.m.
North Adams Commons will hold a monthly blood pressure clinic at the Mary Spitzer Center (North Adams Council on Aging) on Ashland Street on the third Tuesday of the month. A nurse from North Adams Commons will record blood pressure and pulse, and offer a light snack and information about upcoming events.
