Virginia Mulder, 91

Virginia Josephine (Cellana) Mulder, 91 of Clarksburg died on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Williamstown Commons.
Virginia was born in Manhattan, New York on September 21, 1932 a daughter of the late Gedeone and Mary (Scime) Cellana. She attended grammar school at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Lindenhurst, New York. She attended our Lady of the Rosary Academy High School in Amityville, New York. Virginia attended Brown’s Business School in Jamaica, New York. She graduated Valedictorian of her class. Virginia’s first job was working in Manhattan as a secretary. She later worked at Fairchild Air Craft and Grumman Aircraft. Virginia was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Church in Copiague, NY and St. Elizabeth Church. She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for her family, avid reader and enjoyed crocheting.
Virginia married John T. Mulder on July 12, 1958; he died on January 9, 2009. Virginia leaves her son, Joseph J. Mulder and his wife Lori of Clarksburg and grandchildren, Vincent John Mulder, and Anthony Joseph Mulder. She was predeceased by her brother, Rudolph Cellana.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Virginia Mulder will be on Monday, April 1, 2024 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 11:00 AM. Calling hours will be on Monday from 9:30-10:30 AM at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home – CENTRAL CHAPEL 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA 01247.
