Damien J. Hinkell, 26
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Damien Joseph Hinkell, 26, of 143 Glen Ave. died Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at his father's home at 251 West Shaft Road.
Born in North Adams on Feb. 17, 1987, son of John P. Hinkell of North Adams and Dawn M. Bryant Hinkell of Adams, he attended local schools and graduated from Drury High School.
He was an Air Force veteran.
Mr. Hinkell was last employed by J.S. Rae Construction Co.
He was a loving father to his daughter, Alexis Rose Hinkell.
Besides his parents and his daughter, of Adams, he leave a sister, Kendra Hinkell of North Adams; a brother, Johno Hinkell and his son, Connor, both of North Adams; his maternal grandmother, Sandra Bryant of North Adams, with whom he shared his home; his uncle, A. Harvey Hinkell of North Adams; two aunts, Donna Randall and her husband, Roger, of the town of Florida and Melissa Ranzoni and her husband, Robert, of Manchester, Conn., and several cousins.
FUNERAL NOTICE - The funeral for Mr. Hinkell will be Friday morning, July 26, at 9 from Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams.
Calling hours will be Thursday, July 25, from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alexis Hinkell Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
