A good man, but a great unk' and he played a role of leadership and being honest. Almost one year has passed. i need to comment that i have missed our weekly conversations, laughs and family jokes. May those he inspired continue to appreciate the time spent.

The City of North Adams lost a good man with the passing of Harvey Hinkell. I could always count on Harvey whether it was getting the streets cleared during a snow storm or making sure the the streets of North Adams were swept every spring. Thank you Harvey for a job well done and thank you for being a good friend to me and the citizens of North Adams.
