Frank J. Nolan, 81

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Frank James Nolan, 81, of 45 Spring St. died on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013, at Williamstown Commons. Born in Tewksbury on Feb. 3, 1932, he was the son of Frank and Florence Heffernan Nolan. A Navy veteran, he served in the Korean War. Mr. Nolan was employed at the former General Electric in Pittsfield and later as a bartender at the American Legion. He was a member of Richard A. Ruether American Legion Post 152 and VFW. He leaves his companion, Constance C. Lavigne and her family; a sister, Alice Rose of Woburn, and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Marion Eaton. FUNERAL NOTICE - Services for Mr. Nolan will be held on Friday, Dec. 20, at 11 a.m. at Sherman Burbank Chapel in Williamstown. Burial with full military honors will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals.
