Stanley A. Lescarbeau, 91

CLARKSBURG, Mass. - Stanley A. "Pete" Lescarbeau, 91, of Clarksburg, died on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in North Adams on July 14, 1924, a son of Wilfred "Fred" and Elodie Roy Lescarbeau, he attended schools in the town of Florida and graduated from Drury High School in North Adams. Mr. Lescarbeau was employed by the Buildings and Grounds Department at Williams College, retiring in 1985. He first worked at the former Hoosac Mills. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth's Church in North Adams. He leaves his sister, Rita DeMarsico of Williamstown; his lifelong friends, neighbors and caregivers, Dennis and Elizabeth Pugliese and family; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Alice Lescarbeau and Irene Boulerice, and two brothers, George Scarbo and Edward Lescarbeau. FUNERAL NOTICE - A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mr. Lescarbeau will take place Friday, July 31, at 9 a.m. from St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, Marshall Street, in North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. There will be no calling hours. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, 74 Marshall St., North Adams is in charge of arrangements.
