Bernadette M. Goff, 74

CLARKSBURG, Mass. - Bernadette M. Burdick Goff, 74, of 576 Walker St. died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, at North Adams Commons. Born in Adams on June 27, 1934, daughter of Napoleon and Genevieve Luczynski Levesque, she attended schools there. Mrs. Goff was last employed by Cascade School Supplies in North Adams. Before that, she worked at the former Sprague Electric Co. in North Adams for many years. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Her first husband, Ralph Burdick, died in 1966. Her husband, Edward "Ted" Goff, died Oct. 30, 1996. She leaves five sisters, Eleanor Benoit and Theresa Blay, both of North Adams, Jeannette Collins and Shirley Andrzejewski, both of Adams, and Irene Lappies of Cheshire; two brothers, Clarence Levesque and Richard Levesque, both of North Adams, and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews She was predeceased by three siblings, Leonard, Ernest, Daniel and Jenny Levesque. FUNERAL NOTICE - A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Bernadette Goff will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Calling hours at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, will be Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
