Hickey, Wahconah Blast Mahar

DALTON, Mass. – Taylar Hickey went 4-for-5 with a triple and three RBIs Monday and pitched the Wahconah softball team to a 26-2, five-inning win over Mahar.

 

Casey Wilson went 3-for-4 with a triple and five runs batted in. Emma Belcher was 3-for-4 with a double.

 

Dani Barry went 4-for-4 at the plate and drove in a run in Wahconah’s 10-run fourth inning to put the game out of reach.

 

In the circle, Hickey struck out eight and walked three.

 

Wahconah (2-1) is at Mohawk Trail on Tuesday.
