BENNINGTON, Vt. — Nature provides so many stunning spectacles: lightening, rainbows, mist on a pond, ice waterfalls, sunsets, storm clouds, autumn colors and raindrops on roses.

An exhibit of weather-related photographs opened last week at the Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) Corridor Gallery. The exhibit is open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through October 5.

Pieces in this exhibit are for sale. Proceeds benefit the artists and the SVHC Auxiliary, which has given more than $1 million to support services and equipment upgrades to SVHC over the past 20 years.

In addition to the Corridor Gallery, the SVHC Auxiliary manages the hospital gift shop, Personal Emergency Response System operations, and independent vendor sales. For information about joining the SVHC Auxiliary, visit svhealthcare.org/auxiliary or call 802-440-6080.
