Kimberly A. Mathews
Kimberly A. Mathews has joined Legacy Banks as Vice President/General Counsel according to an announcement today by Legacy Banks Chairman and Chief Executive Officer J. Williar Dunlaevy. While commenting on Mathews’ appointment, Dunlaevy said, “I am extremely pleased to welcome Kim Mathews to the Legacy Banks family."

"She brings with her a great deal of expertise in financial law and strong community roots – both of which add value to our organization. She is a welcome addition as we actively pursue opportunities to continue growing our organization."

Mathews comes from Developer Finance Corporation in Williamstown where she has served as Vice President and General Counsel for the past five years. Prior to that, she was Assistant General Counsel for Litchfield Financial Corporation as well as an associate with Bacon & Wilson, PC in Springfield.
