SteepleCats Home Opener June 8

North Adams - SteepleCats season tickets are available at seven area venues and ticket packages fit every need.

Families (up to 2 adults, 3 children) may select the Full Season Family Plan for $100 or opt for the Ten-Pack Family Plan for $60. Individuals may choose the Full Season Individual Plan for $70 or the Ten-Pack Individual Plan for $45.

Visit one of these local businesses to purchase your ticket package today: Adams: Val's Variety on Park Street, Clarksburg: Cross Road Variety at Hall's Ground near Bona's Garage, North Adams: Man’s World on Marshall Street and Moulton's General Store on Main Street, Stamford,Vt.: Billmont's Country Store on Route 8, and in Williamstown at Angelina's Submarine Shop at the Colonial Shopping Center and St. Pierre's Barber Shop on Spring Street.

The 2007 season is expected to be a very memorable year for the SteepleCats.

For the first time in history, the North Adams will host the 2007 NECBL All-Star Game on Sunday, July 22. Festivities will include an All-Star gala luncheon, home run derby contest, and other special activities and events throughout the evening. The prestigious Team USA baseball team will be returning to North Adams to play the SteepleCats on Wednesday, June 20.

The SteepleCats will play their home opener on June 8th, 2007 against their Berkshire County rivals, the Pittsfield Dukes. Game time is 7 p.m. at Joe Wolfe Field with gates open at 6 p.m..
