LENOX, Mass. – Ahmet Yildiz and Devon Smits each scored a goal Monday to lead the Lenox boys soccer team to a 2-1 win over Hampshire.

“I think we may have actually played our best game this season with crisp ball passing, a controlled attack and an outstanding defensive effort by the starting back line,” Lenox coach Jedd Hall said. “Addison Hall, Duke Jaehnig, Evan Love and Langston Cotton were an absolute wall in front of senior keeper Jason Sibley, who had a big night between the posts.”

Lenox (4-4-2) hosts Wahconah on Wednesday.
