Wildcats Roll Over Pathfinder to Start Season

LEE, Mass. – Ella Simone scored a pair of goals Tuesday as the Lee girls soccer team opened the season with a 7-1 win over Pathfinder.

 

Payton Simmons, Jenna Simone and Giana Carlino each had a goal and an assist for the Wildcats, who also got a goal from Lily Hassmer.

 

Maddy Kotek stopped seven shots to earn the win for Lee, which had a 7-0 lead before Evelyn Wood scored for Pathfinder midway through the second half.

 

Lee (1-0) goes to Westfield Tech on Friday.
