Tatro Backstops Wahconah Girls to Tie on Road

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Wahconah and West Springfield girls soccer teams Saturday traded successful penalty kicks in a 1-1 tie on Saturday.

 

Gianna Heilbroun converted a PK for Wahconah, which got 14 saves from Paetyn Tatro in earning the point on the road.

 

“Paetyn Tatro had another stellar game in the net,” Wahconah coach Maggie Rivers said. “She held the back line steady with several key saves.:

 

Wahconah (8-1-1) is home against Lenox on Monday.
