Wahconah Volleyball Wins Second Match in Less than 24 Hours

DALTON, Mass. – Taea Cunigan recorded 12 kills Saturday to lead the Wahconah volleyball team to a four-set win over Ludlow.
 
Cunigan served four aces in the 25-12, 25-21, 24-26, 25-16 win.
 
Melaina Haczela also served four aces while passing out 28 assists. Emma Jacinto finished with four aces and five kills.
 
“Ludlow had won during the two times the teams met last season,” Wahconah coach Dave Lussier said. “It was a good match to be successful with a hard Berkshire schedule this coming week.
 
Wahconah (3-0) is at Taconic on Tuesday and hosts Lenox on Thursday.
