Drury Baseball Bounces Back with Win at Smith Academy

HATFIELD, Mass. – Brayden Durant went 3-for-4 with a double and a pair of RBIs Friday to lead the Drury baseball team to an 11-1 win over Smith Academy.

 

Julian Feliciano went 3-for-3 with a pair of RBIs, and J.J. Prenguber was 2-for-2 with a double and three runs batted in in a nine-hit attack for the Blue Devils.

 

Lucas Hamilton and Brayden Durant split the pitching duties in the five-inning win as Drury bounced back from its first loss of the season.

 

Hamilton struck out one and gave up an unearned run in three innings of work. Durant struck out five in two innings on the mound.

 

Drury (11-1) hosts Taconic on Monday.
