Hinkell, Blue Devils Earn Road Win

TURNERS FALLS, Mass. – Connor Hinkell struck out eight and allowed no runs over six innings Wednesday to pitch the Drury baseball team to a 7-2 win over Franklin Tech.

 

Hinkell helped his cause with a double and an RBI, and the Blue Devils jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning.

 

Logan Crockwell and Julian Feliciano each went 2-for-4 with a double. Feliciano drove in three runs.

 

Steven Cornell and J.J. Prenguber also went 2-for-4 at the plate in an 11-hit Drury attack.

 

The Blue Devils (6-2) go to Mount Everett on Saturday.
