Lenox Downs Drury in Five Innings

LENOX, Mass. – Evelyn Julieano struck out six Wednesday to pitch the Lenox softball team to a 14-1 win over Drury.

 

Julieano walked none and scattered five hits in the complete-game, five-inning win.

 

Her sister Grace Julieano went 2-for-3 with a double and a pair of RBIs in a 12-hit Lenox attack.

 

Lexi Witherell tripled and drove in a pair of runs. Layla Soules went 1-for-3 with a double.

 

Jayda Klein went 2-for-3 at the plate and scored the lone run for Drury.

 

The Blue Devils (1-2) are at Lee on Thursday.

 

Lenox (3-0) hosts Hoosac Valley on Thursday.
