Hoosac Valley Tops Mount Everett

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Adan Wicks scored 16 points Wednesday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys basketball team to a 51-44 win over Mount Everett.
 
Terrell Johnson added 14, and Qwanell Bradley scored nine for the Hurricanes, who snapped a four-game skid.
 
Darius Taliaferro scored a game-high 20 points, and Brady Carpenter scored nine for the Eagles.
 
Mount Everett (10-2) hosts Hampden Charter on Friday
 
Hoosac Valley (5-6) hosts Lee on Friday.
