Carlson Leads Spartans Past Palmer

PALMER, Mass. – The Monument Mountain boys basketball team Monday used a 36-8 first-half run to take control of the game in an 80-47 win over Palmer.
 
Khalil Carlson led four Spartans in double figures with 21 points.
 
Sebastian Guete-Ramirez had a career high with 16 points, and Manny Brown and Griffin McElroy scored 10 points apiece.
 
Monument Mountain (13-2) goes back on the road on Wednesday for a tough test at South Hadley.
