Jackson Leads Pittsfield Boys Past Mount Anthony

BENNINGTON, Vt. -- Craig Jackson scored 11 points, and the Pittsfield boys basketball team Tuesday won its third straight with a 53-37 victory over Mount Anthony Union.
 
“The guys really look like they are coming together and clicking at the right time,” Pittsfield coach Brandon Mauer said. “Defensively, we came out strong and we never looked back. It was a great team win and we're looking to carry this momentum through to the playoffs.”
 
Carter Matthews scored eight, and Dylan Thompson had seven.
 
Pittsfield (12-7) finishes the regular season on Wednesday night at Wahconah.
