North Adams 10-Year-Olds Drop First Game of Cal Ripken Tourney
MARLBORO, Mass. — James Lacki went 4-for-4 with a double and five runs batted in Thursday to lead Uxbridge to a 26-3 win over the North Adams 10-year-old All-Stars in the first game of the Western Massachusetts State Tournament.
Cooper Bolte had a hit for Northern Berkshire, which got an RBI from Mason Rennell.
Paxton Wood, Bolte and Ben Vivori split time on the mound for North Adams, which plays two games on Friday against Nipmuc and Groton-Dunstable.
