Lenox Open Space and Recreation Survey and Housing Production Plan Survey
LENOX, Mass. — The Town of Lenox and BRPC invite the public to participate in two surveys, one informing the Lenox Open Space and Recreation Plan and one regarding a Housing Production Plan.
Town residents and visitors are asked to weigh in on priorities for Town projects for the coming 10-20 years.
The surveys ask respondents a variety of questions about preferences for open space, housing policies and affordable housing, and include demographic information.
"These surveys are an opportunity for the community to help shape the future of Lenox, whether it's improving parks, playgrounds, and trails or addressing local housing needs and affordability," said Town Planner Eammon Coughlin. "Public input will help the Town establish priorities and guide future policies, projects, and investments."
After the OSRP survey's completion, a public forum will present the results of that survey to the community at the Lenox Community Center on Jan. 9, 2027.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a computer, tablet, or smartphone device to participate in the interactive presentation. The Town is working with staff from the Berkshire Regional Planning Commission to develop the plans.
Paper Copies are available at Library, Senior Center, and Town Hall.
