Sue Ellen Davignon, 55
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Sue Ellen Davignon, 55, of 147 North St., died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Born in North Adams on Feb. 16, 1951, daughter of Chester A. Johnson of Pownal, Vt., and the late Marjorie Morrisse Johnson, she graduated from Drury High School.
Ms. Davignon was employed by the Berkshire County district attorney's office for 25 years.
She was a member of the American Legion Ladies' Auxiliary in Pownal and enjoyed crafts.
Besides her father, she leaves a son, Frank M. Davignon Jr. and his wife, Ann, of North Adams; three grandchildren, Samantha and Michael Davignon and Travis Lehman, all of North Adams, and a niece, Bobbi Jo Platt of Charleston, S.C.
She was predeceased by her siblings Flora Laliberte on Jan. 28, 2002, Carl Johnson on Aug. 30, 1994, and Bruce Johnson died March 6, 1990.
FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mr. Davignon will be Thursday at 7 p.m. at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will be at a later date in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. Donations may be made to the North Adams Ambulance Service in care of the funeral home.
