Chicopee Comp Girls Blank Pittsfield

CHICOPEE, Mass. – The Chicopee Comp girls soccer team Friday defeated Pittsfield, 5-0.

 

Generals coach Harold Asher credited Abby Malumphy with anchoring his team in the midfield throughout the game.

 

“Great game defensively for Maddie Powell, Caroline Sherman, Ellen Muller,” Asher said. “Laura Bronson stepped up big in the second half with key saves.”

 

Pittsfield (0-5) hosts Agawam on Tuesday at Kirvin Park.
