LENOX, Mass. -- Cami Sachetti and Emily Czelusnick battled to a 7-5, 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles to help the Lenox girls tennis team to a 4-1 win over Mount Greylock on Monday.

The Mounties got their point at No. 1 singles, where Tara Shastri defeated Liz Jarck, 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4).

"Tara played a great match against a high quality opponent and did a great job getting it to a third set and then pulling off the tie-breaker," Mount Greylock coach John Jacobbe said.

The Millionaires got singles wins from Tori Vittori at No. 2 and Alex Trousilex at No. 3.

In second doubles, Lenox's morgan Haydena nd Ella King were victorious.

"Amy [Larabee] and Miranda [Dils] did great at first doubles," Jacobbe said. "It was the first time playing for Miranda at the varsity level, and Amy moved up from second doubles last year, and they were in a very highly competitive match."
