WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Michael McCormack scored five goals and assisted on six others to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to a 19-9 win over East Longmeadow on Saturday afternoon.

Four different Mounties recorded a hat trick in the win: freshman Reilly Parker, Sean McCormack, Cole Hughes and Liam Chenail.

Chenail also added three assists for Mount Greylock, which led 14-2 at half-time.

"I thought tonight's game was our most complete effort so far this season," Mount Greylock coach Brandon Asplundh said. "We had solid play in all phases of the game: offense, defense, riding, clearing, and special teams. It's encouraging to see what we are capable of against a good team like East Longmeadow."

Cal Filson stopped three of five shots he faced through three quarters before freshman Cole Seaman came on to finish things up in the fourth.

The Mounties (8-1) travel to Pittsfield on Tuesday.
