Malloy Leads Mount Greylock Boys Lacrosse Past Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Sean Malloy scored five goals Thursday to lead the Mount Greylock boys lacrosse team to a 16-1 victory over Pittsfield.
 
Mac Waynick scored twice and assisted on three goals, and Michael Wellspeak had two goals and two assists.
 
David Falk stopped nine shots to earn the win in goal.
 
Hayden Plouffe stopped 17 shots for Pittsfield, which got a goal from Shawn O’Shea.
 
Pittsfield (7-10) goes to Wahconah on Saturday.
 
Mount Greylock (13-4) takes an eight-game winning streak into Wednesday’s season finale against Lee.
