Hoosac Valley Boys Down Pittsfield

PITTSFIELD, Mass. – Carson Meczywor scored seven goals Friday to lead the Hoosac Valley boys lacrosse team to a 17-1 win over Pittsfield.

 

Neil Brierly scored four goals, and Luke Waterman had a goal and four assists in the win.

 

Matt Tassone and Will Broadwell split time in Hoosac Valley’s goal, combining to stop nine shots.

 

Hunter Christman stopped nine shots and Aston Magner made two saves for the Generals, who got a goal from Cam Bencivenga.

 

The Generals (3-6) hosts McCann Tech on Tuesday.

 

Hoosac Valley (9-0) goes to Monson on Monday.
