Creamer, Goewey Lead Mount Everett Past Southwick

SOUTHWICK, Mass. – Emma Goewey and Aliyah Creamer each went 4-for-4 with a double on Thursday to lead the Mount Everett softball team to a 28-5 win over Southwick-Tolland.
 
Creamer drove in five runs, and Goewey finished with four RBIs.
 
Tonilyn Smith went 3-for-3 and drove in a run. Makayla Carpenter, Julia Devoti and Emily Steuernagle each doubled in a 23-hit attack for the Eagles.
 
Devoti and Steuernagle split time in the circle, striking out five and walking four.
 
Mount Everett (4-0) goes to McCann Tech on Monday.
