Quinto, Barry Homer in Wahconah Road Blowout

BENNINGTON, Vt. – Ella Quinto and Dani Barry each hit her first career home run Friday to lead the Wahconah softball team to a 20-2 win over Mount Anthony Union.

 

Quinto’s blast was a grand slam. Barry drove in a pair of runs in a seven-hit Wahconah attack.

 

Avery Vale-Cruz went 3-for-3 with three RBIs. She also went the distance in the circle, striking out nine in a game shortened to four innings.

 

Wahconah (6-0) goes to Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
