Racette Leads Drury Boys as Program Honors Bird
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Reece Racette scored 23 points and assisted on 11 more baskets Monday to lead the Drury boys basketball team to an 83-72 win over Lee.
Scott McGuire added 19, and Chad Lawrence finished with 11 for the Blue Devils, who honored alumnus and MCLA freshman forward Hayden Bird for scoring 1,000 points in his high school career.
Drury (8-3) hosts Hoosac Valley on Thursday.
Lee (5-6) goes to Monument Mountain on Thursday.
