Since 1998, Mad Macs, an Apple Specialist, has been providing authorized Apple repair services to Berkshire County. In 2011 they opened their first retail establishment located at 317 North Street in downtown Pittsfield and in 2014 they opened a second store at 36 Spring Street in Williamstown. The company sells and services Apple branded products; including Macintosh, iPad, iPod and accessories.
