Ivy Ann Dustin, 64

ADAMS, Mass. — Ivy Ann Dustin, 64, of 9 Richmond St. died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield after a brief illness. Born in North Adams on Nov. 26, 1948, daughter of Francis H. and Edith Chilson Briggs, she attended local schools including Drury High School. Mrs. Dustin had been employed at Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown since 1994. She enjoyed crafts and Bingo and also enjoyed travel. She and her husband, Harold L. Dustin, were married on Aug. 5, 1967, in First Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Tracy Burdick and her husband, Michael, and Tanya Dustin, all of Adams; a son, Francis L. Dustin of Adams; three brothers, Stephen Briggs of Tennessee, Francis Briggs and his wife, Elena, of Adams and Charles Briggs of North Adams; two sisters, Patricia Millis of Adams and Debra Weslowski and her husband, Stanley, of Cleveland, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, Amanda, Travis, Cory and Christopher Burdick, and Seth, Hannah and Brady Marko, and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. FUNERAL NOTICE — The funeral for Mrs. Dustin will be Monday, July 1, at 7 from Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be Monday from 5 to 7 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
