PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Edward Hanford Beers Jr., 68, of Pittsfield died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Hillcrest Commons.
Born in Bridgeport, Conn., on Oct. 24, 1945, son of Edward H. Beers Sr. and Elizabeth Thayer Beers Langevin, he attended schools in Clinton, Conn., and Stratford, Conn.
Mr. Beers leaves his two sisters, Laurel Denson of Fruitland Park, Fla., and Jean R. Szwec of Brookville, Ohio; an aunt, Ruth Ruskin of Connecticut, and nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A graveside service for Mr. Beers will be held Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 2 p.m. at Eastlawn Cemetery in Williamstown.
There will be no calling hours. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
