Patricia LeBeau-McDonough, 72
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. - Patricia A. LeBeau-McDonough, 72, of Parker Street, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.
Born in Adams on April 29, 1943, a daughter of Russell and Eleanor Prudhomme LeBeau, she attended local schools and, in 1993, at the age of 50 graduated from then North Adams State College with her bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology.
Mrs. LeBeau-McDonough was employed for 19 years by Ad-Lib Inc. as the coordinator of the drop-in center, retiring in 2013. She earlier worked at the former Northern Berkshire Mental Health.
Her greatest passion in life was to assist anyone with a disability as she, too, was disabled. She was a communicant of the Parish of Sts. Patrick & Raphael, was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed gardening and planting.
She and her husband, Thomas E. McDonough, were married on June 29, 1991.
Besides her husband of 24 years, she leaves three daughters, Michele Marquis and her husband, James Sadlowski, and Colleen Brassard and her husband, Jeffrey, all of Adams, and Pamela J. Winn and her husband, David, of Bennington, Vt.; a son, Kirk A. Langer and his fiancee, Lyn Wiles, of Adams; two brothers, Russell LeBeau of Illinois and Ernest "Sonny" LeBeau of Cheshire; eight grandchildren, Shayne, Brian and his wife, Debbie, David, Christopher, Scott, Patrick, Corbin and Nathan, and her great-grandson, Jakub. She also leaves her two dogs, Wiggles and Emmy.
She was predeceased by her previous husbands Donald Langer, Paul Lussier and William Hill.
FUNERAL NOTICE - A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mrs. LeBeau-McDonough will be celebrated on Friday, Aug. 21, at 9 a.m. at St. Elizabeth's Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Donations may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
