June Joy Morris, 89
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — June Joy Morris, 89, of Meade Avenue died on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, at her home.
Born in Adams on June 19, 1926, a daughter of Ransom and Irene Delancey DeCoigne, she attended schools in Savoy.
Mrs. Morris later worked at the former Berkshire Mill in Adams and at the former Arnold Print Works in North Adams.
She enjoyed going to bingo and shopping.
Her husband, Richard Leo Morris Sr., whom she married on June 10, 1958, died on June 1, 2008.
She leaves her daughter, Sandra Habel and her husband, Michael, of Conway; four sons, Jeffery Macek and his wife, Linda, of Adams, Richard Morris and his wife, Dee, of Albers, Ill., Shane Morris and his wife, Grace, of Cheshire and Robbie Morris, her caregiver and with whom she made her home; a brother, Ransom DeCoigne of Adams, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her twin, May Biskup, and her other sisters Bessie Day and Elizabeth James, and her brothers Frank DeCoigne, William DeCoigne and Douglas DeCoigne.
