Lucille Lewis Jarvis, 99

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Lucille Rose Lewis Jarvis, 99, of North Adams, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at Williamstown Commons.
Born in North Adams on May 5, 1916, daughter of Henry W. and Lucy Cardinal Martin, she attended schools in Adams.
Mrs. Jarvis was employed at the former Sprague Electric Co. for more than 30 years until her retirement.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard Jarvis, and her husband, Ralph Lewis.
She leaves two sons, Ralph C. Lewis and his wife, Virginia, of North Adams and Lawrence R. Lewis and his wife, Barbara, of North Adams; a sister, Sarah Molleur of Adams; five grandchildren, Lorianne Lewis, Deborah Lefave, Karen Blondin O'Connor and her husband, Leon, Michael Lewis and his wife, Nancy, and Richard Lewis and his wife, Annette; four great-grandchildren, Kaileigh, Samantha, Sarah and Nicole; and five great-great-grandchildren, Gary Jr., Ella, Dakota, Tanner and Inali, and nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Mrs. Jarvis will be celebrated Saturday, Jan. 9, at 11 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 9 to 10:30 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in care of the funeral home.
