LEE, Mass. — Holly Marie Miskinis, 57, of Columbia Street died Friday, Sept. 2, 2016, at Berkshire Medical Center with her family by her side.

She was born August 19, 1959, the daughter of Donald and Marylou Stevenson Goodrich. Donald died on May 15, 2006.

Holly was raised in Lee and educated in the local schools, a member of the Lee High School Class of 1978. She worked in various customer service based positions throughout her life including Price Chopper, Time Warner Cable and most recently, Subway.

Holly married her long-time companion and best friend, Peter Miskinis, in 2013. Holly treasured her many trips to Lake George, spending time with her family and friends, relaxing with a good book, cheering on the Patriots, taking a beautiful photograph whenever she had the opportunity, and curling up with her cat, Gemm.

Besides her mother, Marylou Goodrich of Lee, she leaves behind her husband, Peter Miskinis; her two sons, Sherman Somerville and his fiancée Lily of Pittsfield and Timothy Somerville of Lee; one brother, David Goodrich and his wife Anita of Lee; two sisters, Karen Byrne and her husband Jim of South Egremont, and Monica Dingman and her husband Jeff of Lee; her father-in-law, Richard Miskinis of Lee; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral notice: Funeral services for Holly will be held Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at 10 a.m. with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church in Lee. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. At the request of the family, there will be no visiting hours.
